How do I make a return?
Firstly you will need your email address used and the order number (you will find this on the order form found in your parcel) then click here to continue with your return

I am having trouble accessing my account
If you see one of these two error messages:
- 'Incorrect email or password.'
- 'No account found with that email'
This could mean that when you made your purchase you 'checked out as a guest' and did not create an account.
If this is the case, simply click here to create an account with the same email address used to make your order and any previous orders linked to this email will appear.
I did not receive my confirmation email
Firstly add our email address to your contacts contact@horizons-lointains.fr to ensure that our emails arrive in your inbox. Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk folders so please also check these and any other tabs in your email.
If after this, you have still not received your order confirmation email, please contact us by email to confirm with us that we have received your order.
