- Returns must be unwashed, unworn. No perfume or smells and any sign of makeup on the garment.
- With all the original tags intact.
RETURN COST
It costs 5,90 EUR to return an order from Belgium. We will deduct the cost of the return from your refund or credit note.

Is one of your items defective?
You just received your order and you notice that one of the delivered products has a defect.

Is it possible to make an exchange?
We do not accept exchanges for stock and logistical reasons, but you can return products that do not fit and place a new order.

Can I return items or exchange them in store?
Returns and exchanges of goods purchased online cannot be accepted in our Cap Ferret stores, as the legal identity is different.
How do I make a return?

I am having trouble accessing my account
If you see one of these two error messages:
- 'Incorrect email or password.'
- 'No account found with that email'
This could mean that when you made your purchase you 'checked out as a guest' and did not create an account.
If this is the case, simply click here to create an account with the same email address used to make your order and any previous orders linked to this email will appear.
I did not receive my confirmation email
Firstly add our email address to your contacts contact@horizons-lointains.fr to ensure that our emails arrive in your inbox. Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk folders so please also check these and any other tabs in your email.
If after this, you have still not received your order confirmation email, please contact us by email to confirm with us that we have received your order.
