HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Attention :

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unworn and have retained their original label(s). Items must be returned in their original packaging. If these conditions are not respected we reserve the right not to reimburse the returned items.

1.

Find the “Order preparation” sheet that was in your package.

Find your order number and the email address you used.

It’s okay, you have all your information!

Download and print your return label in the email you receive.

4.1. Did you receive your order at a relay point?
> Return your package to the same relay point

4.2. Have you been delivered to your home?
Two solutions are available to you:
> Take your package to the post office of your choice.
Or
> Send back from your mailbox.
To do this, you must make a request for collection of your package by clicking on the following link: www.laposte.fr/expedition-bal/formulaire
Following this request, your postman will collect your package from your mailbox to send it to us.

5.

You will be reimbursed in less than 14 days by return of the card.

You will be reimbursed for the returned item(s) within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the products at our premises.

We will deduct the return costs from your refund. For example, if you purchased an item for €39, we will refund €33.1 (€39 – €5.9 = €33.1).
